Every Discovery Session at Scioto Digital begins with the same question: what is the system, and where is it failing the people who depend on it?

That question is answered by the variables that determine cost. Scope, requirements, service levels, and timeline vary between projects, and each carries different weight for each organization. Published tiers cannot account for that. Scioto Digital custom builds for each individual client, and that work begins with Discovery.

How It Works

    Discovery

    A structured working session. Before the meeting, you complete an intake questionnaire covering your systems, constraints, users, and goals. During the session, we map the actual problem, identify what is already working, and determine whether Scioto Digital is the right partner for it. You leave with a written summary of findings regardless of what happens next.

    Scope

    Following Discovery, you receive a written proposal: deliverables, timeline, service levels, and total investment. The project begins once the scope is finalized in an agreed statement of work.

  3. 3

    Build

    Design, development, and deployment. Collaborative project and progress visibility throughout to align with scope.

  4. 4

    Support

    Ongoing maintenance once the work is live. Monitoring, updates, backups, security patching, content changes, and support response, along with administration of domain renewals and licensing. Software that is never maintained is software that eventually fails.

Investment

Discovery Session: $500
Credited in full toward any work that begins within sixty days of the session.
Custom Builds: priced by scope
Following Discovery, you receive a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and total investment. From there we adjust scope, budget, or approach until the plan fits, or we part ways. The findings from your Discovery Session are yours to keep either way.
Support: scoped per statement of work
Structured as a monthly or annual retainer sized to the project. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, and software subscriptions are billed at cost and itemized separately.

Ongoing partnership rather than fixed deliverables. Workflow organization, knowledge transfer, artificial intelligence and low-code coaching for teams who want capability rather than dependency. Structured as a retainer or as recurring sessions.

Workshops and Training

Group instruction, in person or online, on artificial intelligence assisted development and modern technology practice for organizations and community groups.
